The J. Darryl and Terry I. Cooper Center for Creative Arts
A division of Ark Regional Services
At the Cooper Center for Creative Arts, people with intellectual disabilities are experiencing the arts without limits and without boundaries. Students have the opportunity to develop skills in the arts, express themselves creatively, and work with trained arts professionals. Whether it is studying Monet, reading Shakespeare or exploring modern dance, the Cooper Center is changing art, changing minds, and changing lives!
