Friday afternoons are filled with dance, music, theatre, art and culture as students gather at the Cooper Center for the Friday Arts Festival. Guest Artists and volunteers from the Laramie community often join us for this remarkable celebration of the arts. Anyone receiving services from Ark Regional Services is welcome to attend!
