Creative Movement is an introduction to dance at all levels. Students have a fun experience while increasing body awareness, control, balance, coordination and rhythm through movement.
Jazz Dance is highly energetic and combines styles of classical and modern jazz, hip-hop and theatrical styles. Jazz technique develops strength, balance, and extension in a fun environment.
Movement Unfolding is an exploration of personal fitness through movement, including strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Performance Technique develops students understanding of individual and group performance aspects through movement sequences, group work, and performance opportunities.
Tap Dance creates an enriching environment using the body as a percussion instrument. Tap technique combines basic tap steps and combinations with emphasis on musicality, counts, rhythm, and improvisation, while increasing fitness, muscular strength and balance.
